Falloff Kernel
The falloff kernel is like a spline curve with a predefined shape. There are special kernels (falloff curves) that proved useful in fluid simulations
and certain algorithms. The kernel is used mostly when the framework deals with particles and needs neighbor calculations to be done.
By doing special weighting calculations, these kernels are used.
